Can I refund my membership or packages?
We accord a cooling-off period of 5 working days from the date of purchase to allow the guest to seek refund of payment made. Can I transfer my membership or packages to another person?
You can request for transfer under special circumstances. Please state the reason in our transfer form. We will inform you of the outcome of your transfer request within 30 days. If approved, you are required to pay a fee based on 10% of your transfer value. -
Can I extend the expiration date for my membership or packages?
You will need to pay an extension fee (amount subject to extension duration) provided that your request is made at least 1 month prior to the expiration date. We can extend the expiration date if you wish to top up your packages or renew your membership.
