• Do you have a couple rooms?

  Yes, we have 2 couple rooms, and one of which has an attached Rotenburo Outdoor Onsen.

• Are there additional surcharges for couple room usage?

  Yes, there will be an additional surcharge for the couple room. The surcharge for the couple room is $40, excluding GST. This will be waived if you have an active membership with us.

• Do you allow celebration for birthdays or anniversary?

  If you wish to have your celebration here, you may hold a small celebration at your own expenses. Our staff will help to make the arrangement. T&C will be applicable.
