Spa Policies

• Is your spa open to both genders?

  Yes, our spa is open for both gender.

• Is there any age limit?

  No, our spa welcomes guests of all ages. Parental consent will be required for those under 18. A pre-treatment consultation will be done to determine the suitability of certain treatments.

• How early should I arrive at the spa?

  You should arrive at the spa 15 minutes before your spa treatment. This gives you enough time for registration and consultation.

• How if I am late?

  Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  You may cancel your appointment with no charges if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled date/time. Otherwise, the following cancellation fees apply: 50% will be charged if cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment. 100% will be charged for no-shows.

• Do you provide outcall services?

  We do not provide outcall services at the moment. Please let us know if you are interested. If there is enough demand, we will definitely look into this in the future.
