• What are the genders of your therapists? Where are they from?

  All our therapists are female from Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and Malaysia. (New guests are not allowed to choose the therapist based on their nationality or age)

• How will a non-Japanese therapist perform traditional Japanese treatments?

  Our in-house trainer is from Japan. All our therapists go through intensive training from her to be competent.

• Can I request specific therapists?

  Yes, you may request based on your past treatments or referral. Whilst we will try and accommodate your request, we are unable to guarantee the availability of any particular therapist. All of our therapists are professionally trained to ensure your comfort at all times.

• Should I tip the therapist?

  If you are fully satisfied with your treatment, you may wish to tip the therapist at your own discretion.
