• How can I buy a gift voucher?

  You can purchase gift vouchers from our website as well as any of our outlets. Gift vouchers can be self-collected in store, delivered electronically via email or sent by post.

• How soon can I receive the gift voucher?

  Electronic gift vouchers will be emailed to you immediately after you have made the payment online. For physical gift vouchers, you can either collect on the same day of order or we can deliver to you within 3 working days. Additional postage fee applies.

• How long are your gift vouchers valid for?

  All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months unless stated otherwise.

• Can I extend the expiration date for my gift voucher?

  We cannot extend the validity date of your gift voucher if it has already expired. Otherwise, you may email us for your extension request. • Can I use my voucher to pay for the promotion?

  Voucher cannot be used in conjunction to or combined with other discounts, promotions and vouchers. Cash vouchers can only be used for ala carte services on our treatment menu.

• Can I refund my gift voucher if I didn’t want to use it?

  All gift vouchers are non-refundable after the cooling-off period of 5 working days from the purchase date. However, you may transfer the voucher to another person.
