Can I extend the expiration date for my gift voucher?

We cannot extend the validity date of your gift voucher if it has already expired. Otherwise, you may email us for your extension request. We will approve your request for only medical reasons with valid documents. The maximum extension is one month past the original validity date of the gift voucher.
